Dynamic Low EMF Saunas are constructed with the environment in mind which accounts for our efforts in using Reforested Canadian Hemlock wood. Our sauna walls are double paneled constructed with the thickest interior and exterior wood planks compared to others in the same industry. This all translates to a quality sauna that retains heat more efficiently, heats up faster and wastes less energy.

Dynamic 1-2 Person model offers 6 Low EMF infrared Carbon Energy Efficient heating panels (including an industry leading foot heater) that produce a wider, softer heat that is evenly distributed throughout the sauna.

Our Low EMF infrared Carbon Energy Efficient heating panel heaters are 30% larger than saunas heated by ceramic tubes and penetrate skin 40% more to maximize therapeutic benefits. Unlike ceramic heaters, you will never have to replace our Carbon Energy Efficient heating panels. Warranty

This product carries a 5-year warranty on the electronics and 1-Year Warranty against the wood. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact the warranty claim department at gdiwarranty@goldendesignsinc.com.

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. Golden Designs indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE.

"Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."

At e-Sauna Depot our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible.

We offer standard free shipping every day on most orders over $99 when shipping to the lower 48 states.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada will incur an additional fee depending on the items ordered. Please contact us for a quote. Products typically ship within 3-4 business days from when you place your order, some items can take up to 7 business days to process and ship. Please allow 9 - 14 days for your order to arrive once you have received the shipping confirmation.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder beyond the lead time on the product page, we would be happy to provide you with a full refund should you choose so. Additionally, you can pre-order and we will ship your item the second it arrives. Should your items be on backorder beyond the date on the product page, we will let you know and let you decide whether to wait or get a full refund.

Shipment process: Upon receiving your order we will verify the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. Freight shipments (packages over 65 lbs) will be delivered to your driveway. Any special delivery requirements may be possible but will incur a fee. Damages & Missing Items Inspect ALL packages for damaged or missing items before accepting your shipment, note this on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Although e sauna Depot is NOT responsible for shipping damage, if your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@esaunadepot.com and we can assist with filing a claim against the shipping carrier to cover the cost of damages. Any damages or missing items have to be noted on the delivery receipt prior to signing for and accepting your shipment in order to file a claim. Do not let the delivery driver rush you. It is your right to inspect each and every item.
