Refund Policy

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

All returns are liable for up to a 25% restocking fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@esaunadepot.com. If your return is accepted, we will either schedule a pickup or send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return ( RMA number)will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once the warehouse has received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 3 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

All returns associated with any "Free Shipping" offer will have the original shipping fees that we incurred in the process of shipping your order to you deducted from the refund. For all other orders not associated with our "Free Shipping" offer, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Up to a 25% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues

Inspect ALL packages for damaged or missing items before accepting your shipment, note this on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. E- Sauna Deport is will replace or refund damaged items if proof is provided.

Any damages or missing items have to be noted on the delivery receipt prior to signing for and accepting your shipment in order to file a claim. Do not let the delivery driver rush you. It is your right to inspect each and every item. If the delivery driver refuses to wait or doesn't allow you to inspect your items prior to signing, please call us immediately at +1 866 973 4448 and our claims department can offer assistance.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (see return process above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Changes or Cancellations

Any order that is changed or canceled (including pre-orders) after 24 hours is subject to a 10% administrative fee, whether or not your order has shipped, or has been delayed. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping fees as well. All cancellations associated with any "Free Shipping" offer will have the original shipping fees that we incurred in the process of shipping your order to you deducted from the refund. For all other orders not associated with our "Free Shipping" offer, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delays

Please note that warehouse processing and shipping carrier limitations outside of our control may result in delivery delays. You are purchasing your items with this in mind. Any cancellation requested due to a delay that is out of our control will be treated as a cancellation.
