Our sauna walls are double paneled constructed with the thickest interior and exterior wood planks compared to others in the same industry. Golden Designs 1-2 Person model offers 7 Low EMF infrared Carbon Energy Efficient heating panels that produce a wider, softer heat that is evenly distributed throughout the sauna. Our Low EMF FAR infrared Carbon Energy Efficient heating panel heaters are 30% larger than saunas heated by ceramic tubes and penetrate skin 40% more to maximize therapeutic benefits. Unlike ceramic heaters, you will never have to replace our Carbon Energy Efficient heating panels. Unlike traditional rock and water saunas (which heat at or over 200F and do not penetrate your skin), Golden Designs Saunas operate at a much lower and safer 130F. Warranty
This product carries a 5-year warranty on the electronics and 1-Year Warranty against the wood. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact the warranty claim department at gdiwarranty@goldendesignsinc.com.
Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. Golden Designs indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE.

Shipping
At e-Sauna Depot our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible.
We offer standard free shipping every day on most orders over $99 when shipping to the lower 48 states.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada will incur an additional fee depending on the items ordered. Please contact us for a quote.
Products typically ship within 3-4 business days from when you place your order, some items can take up to 7 business days to process and ship. Please allow 9 - 14 days for your order to arrive once you have received the shipping confirmation.
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details.
If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder beyond the lead time on the product page, we would be happy to provide you with a full refund should you choose so.
Additionally, you can pre-order and we will ship your item the second it arrives. Should your items be on backorder beyond the date on the product page, we will let you know and let you decide whether to wait or get a full refund.
Shipment process:

Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. Freight shipments (packages over 65 lbs) will be delivered to your driveway. Any special delivery requirements may be possible but will incur a fee. Damages & Missing Items
Inspect ALL packages for damaged or missing items before accepting your shipment, note this on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Although e sauna Depot is NOT responsible for shipping damage, if your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@esaunadepot.com and we can assist with filing a claim against the shipping carrier to cover the cost of damages.
Any damages or missing items have to be noted on the delivery receipt prior to signing for and accepting your shipment in order to file a claim. Do not let the delivery driver rush you. It is your right to inspect each and every item. If the delivery driver refuses to wait or doesn't allow you to inspect your items prior to signing, please call us immediately at 866 973 4448 and our claims department can offer assistance.
